While BARDA has successfully established an ecosystem of innovation through programs like CARB-X, BARDA Ventures, the Accelerator Network, and the Blue Knight program, the organization continues to work through public-private partnerships to innovate and advance MCMs that protect against health security threats. Project NextGen is the latest example of BARDA fortifying the nation’s health security by working closely with our partner companies to bring medical countermeasures from the laboratory bench to the patient’s bedside.

BARDA Industry Day (BID) is our annual opportunity to foster new collaborations, share goals, objectives, and opportunities for partnership, and discuss opportunities for partnership and funding for companies interested in working with the U.S. government to achieve our MCM priorities.
