Whether your units come off our fill lines, you are transferring a device assembly and packaging program in, or each new market needs its own artwork and serialization, our teams take the work from a filled syringe, vial, or cartridge to finished goods ready to ship.

Define Your Own Path
You choose how your units reach this stage, the device and carton configuration they finish in, and the markets they ship to, and the standard holds across every combination because each step runs on integrated quality systems with a dedicated program team. At West Chester and Blue Ash, automated inspection, device assembly, packaging, and finished goods storage share one building, planned by one supply chain team from componentry to shipment.
Start from our fill lines or a transfer
Sterile units filled on our lines move Sterile units filled on our lines move from inspection into autoinjector or accessorized prefilled syringe assembly in the same building. A device assembly and packaging program transferring in moves through our stage-gated tech transfer process with a program manager and technical lead assigned from the start, so the route your program starts in doesn't change the building it finishes in.
Pack to the configuration you ship
Labeling, cartoning, and serialization run on the same line that assembles or labels the unit, with case packing on the syringe device lines and palletizing on the high-volume line, so finished goods leave the bay ready for the warehouse.
Hold and ship finished goods
Finished goods move into 2–8°C storage in an automated warehouse staffed around the clock, managed by a dedicated logistics team with in-house and third-party ambient and cold storage alongside, so a packaged batch waits under control until it ships.
Prepare each market you enter
Artwork, componentry, and market master data sit with the supply chain team already planning your supply, and our regulatory team supports GMP dossiers, variations, RFI responses, and document legalization for each new market, so adding a country arrives as a planned packaging change.

FAQs
Which device platforms can Resilience assemble?
Resilience assembles autoinjectors and accessorized prefilled syringes at its West Chester, Ohio, site, and cartridge pens at its Blue Ash, Ohio, site. Device assembly at the West Chester site is certified to ISO 13485, with a scope covering contract manufacture of drug-device combination products and autoinjectors.
What packaging configurations does Resilience support?
Resilience labels and cartons 2R and 10R vials in 1-, 4-, and 10-count configurations, and packs 1mL syringe devices in 1- and 4-count cartons. Every line runs automated labeling or cartoning with serialization, and the syringe device lines add case packing, so units leave packaging ready for the warehouse.
Can Resilience take on a device assembly and packaging tech transfer?
Yes. Resilience has set aside capacity in its device assembly and packaging bay at West Chester for new transfers. Programs move in through the same stage-gated tech transfer process used across its sites, with a program manager and technical lead assigned from the start.
What storage does Resilience provide for finished goods?
Resilience holds finished goods at 2–8°C at its West Chester site, in 1,800 pallet spaces inside an automated warehouse staffed 24/7. In-house and third-party ambient and cold storage is available alongside, and the site runs -20°C freezer rooms and -70/-80°C reach-in freezers for incoming materials.
Where does Resilience do device assembly, packaging and logistics?
Resilience runs device assembly, packaging, serialization, and finished goods storage at its West Chester, Ohio, site. Its Blue Ash, Ohio, site, about ten miles away, handles device assembly today and is expanding through 2027 to add automated visual inspection, labeling, packaging, and cold storage warehousing.
