We formulate your drug product here, and the labs that clear it for release and stability are on the same campus.

Aseptic Fill/Finish
Filling runs on automated lines at up to 600 units per minute, in isolator and RABS configurations, at clinical volumes through commercial supply, in a facility already licensed to ship what it makes.

Automated Visual Inspection
Filled units move into automated visual inspection machines with both Körber® and Brevetti® technologies.

Device Assembly
Those units become finished devices here, on the device platform your program has selected.

Labeling, Packaging, and Serialization
We label, serialize, and pack for the markets your program supplies, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Australia.

Storage and Logistics
Finished goods hold in ambient or cold storage and ship from West Chester, Ohio.
Where Your Drug Substance Comes From
Drug substance for your program can come from our Toronto site or from your own network, and either way it transfers into fill/finish here. Programs that already have a drug substance source keep it, and programs that want both stages inside Resilience run Toronto and West Chester as one program.
