Despite decades of innovation, drug developers continue to navigate a labyrinth of technical hurdles, delays, and pitfalls as they advance assets from discovery to the clinic. In this talk, we will describe technological advancements developed and deployed at Resilience to provide a smooth path from drug ideation through to first-in-human trials.

Specifically, we will focus on:

• Decreasing the time from gene to first in human regulatory filing by leveraging a highly parallelized technology stack along with stable CHO pools and Leap-In Transposase technology.   
• Alleviating key bottlenecks in the screening and optimization of therapeutics using our cell-free protein synthesis platform to rapidly select and then generate and test thousands of unique therapeutic candidates in parallel. 

• Optimizing therapeutics for superior developability and manufacturability to decrease CMC-related risks using iterative cycles of machine-learning-based design, cell-free protein synthesis, and advanced molecular characterization methods. 

Ultimately, these advancements enable Resilience to help clients accelerate their drug development and manufacturing journey from Idea to Clinic.
