Resilience Bios

Nithin Stephen

Nithin Stephen joined Resilience in June 2022 as Director of Commercial Development, Drug Product. Nithin currently oversees the fill/finish business portfolio for the Resilience Network.

Nithin previously served as Director of Commercial Development at Emergent Biosolutions where he was responsible for client relationships, business growth, and portfolio management for the Biologics CDMO business unit within Emergent Biosolutions.

Nithin earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Maryland in 2014.

Adam Pinkert

Adam joined the Resilience team in October 2021 as a leader for the quality team for the Alachua site with extensive experience in PAI/compliance readiness for the US and EMA and aseptic processing in biologics drug manufacturing.

Adam’s expertise is in biologics, PAI readiness and CMC and has led several product and site approvals for new and existing product changes in his 25+ year career in the industry. He has a passion for providing end-to-end process understanding and simplification. Adam has been closely involved in bringing new aseptic fill technologies to commercial approval to improve product quality and process efficiency.

Adam holds a Master’s degree in engineering (Statistical Engineering) from Arizona State University and a double Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Chemistry and Anthropology. Adam is also an ASQ Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt.

Catherine Hanley

Catherine Hanley serves as Resilience’s Vice President of Marketing. She is an experienced leader of a dynamic team responsible for establishing and strengthening the Resilience brand and driving business growth. 

Prior to joining Resilience, she served most recently as Interim Head of the CDMO Business at Emergent BioSolutions. Through her business, operations, and marketing expertise and biologics background, she was uniquely positioned to successfully lead the CDMO business during a time of rapid growth and volatility. She also served as Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience for Emergent BioSolutions, shepherding the brand. Under her leadership, the team established and optimized digital/inbound marketing, strategy, distribution, thought leadership, and implementation of traditional and innovative multi-channel marketing initiatives.

With nearly 20 years in the industry, she has helped launch new products and create first-to-market initiatives that have transformed marketing in the pharmaceutical industry at development and manufacturing service companies, including Cambrex, Lonza, and Alcami Corporation.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business.
